Regular and recurring cleaning
The existing residential scope covers dusting and wiping surfaces, accessible fixtures, interior windows and mirrors, sofa vacuuming, bathroom scrubbing, and floor vacuuming and mopping. Frequency and room coverage are agreed in your quotation.
Deep cleaning
For a more detailed clean, discuss ceiling corners and cobwebs, intensive grout scrubbing, range-hood filter degreasing, microwave interiors, appliance exteriors, and accessible areas behind movable furniture. Safe access and surface suitability determine the final scope.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
For an empty home or a change of tenancy, discuss wall wiping, window tracks, built-in cabinet exteriors, and condition documentation alongside the agreed deep-cleaning work. A clean does not guarantee the return of a rental deposit.
Post-construction cleaning
For a home after renovation, describe remaining fine dust, tile or grout residue, paint splashes, and adhesive marks. Treatments depend on the surface and must be assessed first. Construction-rubbish removal, electrical work, and plumbing are excluded.
Extras and boundaries
Refrigerator, oven, cabinet and wardrobe interiors are separate quotation items. Laundry, dishwashing, and carpet shampooing are not part of regular cleaning. Ask about any additional task before booking; availability and price must be confirmed.
